We invite you to support our mission of preventing sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking, while helping women, men, non-binary and transgender adults, youth, and families heal from abuse and rebuild their lives.
HAVEN is the largest crisis center in New Hampshire, serving 48 cities and towns across Rockingham and Strafford counties, a safety net covering a third of the state.
In 2025 alone, we have reached the community thus far in so many different ways:
- Client Services - Answered 2,800 hotline calls totaling 932 hours of trauma informed-care for our clients
- Emergency Shelter - Assisted 36 adults and children, offering trauma-informed services in our shelter
- Housing - Approved 25 VOCA flexible funding requests totaling $26,352 of financial assistance to enable stability and continue healing of our clients
- Camp Hope/Pathways - Enrolled over 60 caregivers and children who participated in monthly Pathways Program. HAVEN provided a free week of trauma-informed camp to 26 campers
- Volunteers - Engaged 49 volunteers across all departments, contributing a total of 5,745 volunteer hours
- Prevention Education - Prevention Education Team reaches over 13,500 K-12 students and teachers across schools in Strafford and Rockingham counties
